Chinese / Mandarin Tutor Wanted - For 11 & 9 year old

We live in Devonshire road we are looking for a Mandarin tutor for our two children. We have a boy 11 and a girl 9. They have been having lessons for 4/5 years. We arrived back from Singapore 2 years ago and they have been having Skype lessons with their tutor. The tutor now recommends we try and find someone more local than Singapore. Can you help? Sean
