Empty shops

Hi,
Does anyone know who owns these empty shops near Forest Hill station? They’ve been empty for years & no info on them. I remember 1 being Blue Mountain cafe for a bit.

FH has a very neglected town centre.

All very depressing. Doesn’t put us on the map.

I thought that shopfront art was beautiful.
It’s a shame they’re not being used though.
Maybe the landlord is just biding time before trying to turn them into flats?

And directly across the road is the very neglected but still beautiful brick mural commissioned for the Millennium Celebrations. Adding insult to injury is the pavement next to the mural which has a filthy oil slick from leaking catering waste which is left there every day for collection.

It’s been a fair while though & yes the artwork is lovely and in keeping with our home town. Just a shame they’re dormant & the other one doesn’t look as pretty.
