Mysterious email (part 2)

Continuing the discussion from Mysterious email:

Regarding the suggestion from Sherwood to right-click on an email address - and my usual practice of hovering the cursor over any dubious links - is there an equivalent tactic when using an iPhone?

Tap on the name of the sender in the ‘From’ line of the email and you’ll be shown the full email address.

And hover (while holding) across a link and it will open a dialogue box to ask what you want to do with the link shown at the top.
