Does anyone else on or near Ackroyd Road have no water this morning?
Does anyone else have no water on Ackroyd Road?
Just woken to barely a trickle here on Perry Rise… will try and check with Thames Water
Same situation for me too, Wastdale Road
No water in our flat on Honor Oak parade
I’ve reported it to Thames Water. apparently there is a problem that they know about and have engineers fixing it but they can’t say how long it will take.
On Como road with the same problem. The issue is visible on the Thames water home page so at least they are aware.
Have some here in Cranston Road but not much this morning.
Small drips on Bovill Road!
Not just me then! Fingers crossed it’s fixed soon…
I’ve checked on here early this morning as the pressure button is showing red! Thought it was just our shower on the blink we are in Kilgour Road off of Grieson Road
Called Thames Water apparently there is an issue with a valve feeding much of south east london. Must be a pretty big valve! They are just aware and engineers on the way but no estimated time for resolution as yet. Hopefully on the list for updates so will post when I hear anything
No water on Bovill Road and need a shower before work !
Only a trickle here on Stanstead Road near Fermor Road, it’s going to be a pongy commute this morning! X
Definitely lower on Woolstone Road but functional…
We have water, but very low pressure. It’s non-existent in our shower! Whatman Road
Nothing here on the corner of Waldram park and Montrose.
Low pressure on Stondon Park too
Glad it’s not just me… message from Thames Water:

Barely a trickle on Ballina Street.
Update from Thames Water
Hi, we had a faulty valve in the SE28 area that is affecting multiple post codes this morning. The good news is that we have now fixed the frozen valve. It’s not a burst main or repair in progress. We estimate the water to be fully restored in the next hour or so if not sooner. We’re starting to get reports of pressure returning to the area already. - Scott
I asked re SE28 postcode…
No SE28. But the valve in question operates about 8 post codes in the SE area. - Scott
Water back on here in Cranston - few bubbles in the pipe but all good.
SE28 postcode is Thamesmead.
