Virgin media fraudsters sought by police

anything to do with the fact that many of the virgin junction boxes in the street all seem to be unlocked at the moment?

I must admit, on walking around there are an awful lot of them. But probably unrelated. I’m guessing, although have not confirmed, its the old door knock to gain entry trick.
