Searchlight(s) over Lower Sydenham

Dunno if this is the right place to put this, but I can see a searchlight flickering around over Lower Sydenham and Bellingham. I’ve also seen them over Forest Hill while I wait at Forest Hill station (platform one) just before seven in the morning. Anyone else noticed them/it?
