VW Golf FY12 VOH - belong to anyone?

This car is parked across my drive (Codrington Hill) and has been since Sunday. It doesn’t belong to anyone does it?

Vehicle’s MOT expires in 15 days.

Has valid insurance and Road Fund Licence.

Known to UK systems so police should be able to find current registered holder - all bets are off when the MOT expires.

Bounce the front wing, alarm may go off. Hopefully that will bring them out.

Any resolve to report?
