Sad to read this. Gently Elephant is such a lovely friendly shop.

That is terrible to hear. We were there till about 11.30 this morning buying shoes for our toddler. This must have happened very soon afterwards. Really hope the ladies who were working today are not too traumatised and glad no one was physically harmed.
