Looking for storage space to rent

hi all
I’m looking for a garage ideally to use as a storage around Perry rice, perry vale. As a kitchen and bathroom fitter I always endup with bits and pieces of good stuff which can be use on another job. leaving in a flat we don’t have garage or garden shed access. I did try commercial storage but they ether ridiculously small or ridiculously expensive. So here I’m if anyone will have a empty garage or half Im happy to pay monthly fee for it.
