Man trying to get in cars

Please make sure you have locked your car doors! About 45min ago I saw a man try to open my neighbors door, with no luck he then walked up my drive to attempt to open my car door. I asked him “what the hell does he think he’s doing” he then walked away very fast.
Short, white, bald on top scruffy looking male.

What road was this on?
