Has anyone else noticed the smell of drains around Heron House junction of Dartmouth Road and Derby Hill?
I seem to remember that there was a hold-up of the roadworks due to a problem with levels of drains so I have a feeling that they might not have resolved it properly before resurfacing the road. I hope I’m wrong
