A week ago I noticed some black bin liners were covering a ticket machine installed in the Girton road car park in Sydenham behind Lidl’s. This free car park is vital to keeping the small shops in Sydenham high street alive, especially those who use Lidl, the only big supermarket on the High Street. I expect it will be in operation in April.
