The Queen energy is in all women. It comes first in importance underlying the other archetypes in perfect balance. A kind queen, a good queen brings order and blessing, benevolence, balance, compassion, fairness, fertility and unconditional love. She brings calm, stability and she mediates vitality, life force, balance and joy. She is Mother, but bigger than mother to a child - to a community, a whole realm. She defends our own sense of inner order, integrity and purpose. Join Lewis for a whole day workshop unearthing your inner Queen and also exploring with great care the shadow side of the Queen.
A creative workshop for women exploring the raw energy of the QUEEN through visualisations, movement, dance, sounding and singing. Led by actress, singer, theatre maker and healer Lewis Barfoot. These are empowering, beautiful days full of courage and play; suffused with ritual, healing and ceremony in celebration of the divine feminine experience. It is a space to dive into your fullness as a woman and be all you are without judgement or comparison. Suitable for all women, you really don’t need to be an “artist” or “performer” to attend they are for all women. The work may may be therapeutic but it is not therapy.
PREP
You don’t need to prepare anything. The workshop is limited 12 participants. Wear something you can move in, bring a water bottle, a pad or notebook and pen/pencils.
LUNCH
We will break for lunch for 1hr and you can either bring something or buy something from a local cafes. There is a spacious kitchen, kettle, microwave and fridge in the venue with cups, plates, a table chairs and sofa. It’s a nice place to hang out.
