Dartmouth Road Road Surface

Walking back down Dartmouth Road last night saw this in the road.
Since it’s all a new surface, surely shouldn’t happen already.
Who does it need to be reported to?

Really? I’ve had zero response when I’ve used it; sometimes the Council claims a problem is fixed when it hasn’t been.

@anon51837532 had developed a close relationship with the contractors. If he is still on the Forum, perhaps one could shortcut the process with a connection to them?

I generally just report fly tipping and graffiti so perhaps that’s why. Shame.
