What are these?!!!

I was walking to Honor Oak Park station today, and noticed these amazing flowers. Fortunately, the owner was outside to talk to me. The leaves are the colour of eucalyptus and the little black seeds inside the flowers self seed when scattered. Really beautiful.

Cerinthe is its proper name, but also referred to as Honeywort.
Its great as it is drought tolerant, likes semi shade and the bees and butterfly’s like them!
