I went to the open day on Saturday - it’s a great space with people doing great work.

I couldn’t find Perry Village on the map so guess I’ll have to miss it.

Even if ‘Perry Village’ existed (which it doesn’t) Sydenham Garden wouldn’t be in it.
It’s well worth a visit though - a lovely garden/wildlife area tucked away at the top of Wynell Road (off both Perry Vale and Mayow Road).

not conclusive I suppose , but Sydenham Garden is under 400m walking distance from the hypothetical village centre.
It is I agree a lovely place, and I encourage anyone to have a look and support their work which I was involved in in its early years.
