Seasonal fruit and veg at the Honor Oak Provender

The Honor Oak Provender has started selling fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables. The owner told me he’s trying to introduce things that Sainsbury’s doesn’t stock, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve bought cherries, beef tomatoes, asparagus and a purple garlic bulb, all of which has been lovely. Better still, none of it is wrapped in a tonne of unnecessary plastic.
