Serious Road Traffic Accident: Honor Oak Park / Stondon Park

Looked as if it was a police pursuit and a police car rammed another car off the road!!

Was that what the helicopter was about?

Not sure about that. The guy in Brockley Supermarket said it was indeed a police chase, but passing half an hour afterwards, and observing carefully, the most likely scenario was that the car was heading towards Crofton Park, possibly attempted to turn right but was going too fast and mounted the pavement. The blue van which I think belongs to the office furniture shop on the corner was across the road, suggesting it might have been hit. Pure speculation of course, but didn’t look to me like the police car had rammed anything.

The police car looks slightly “used”.

And there was definitely a police helicopter right above it which suggests a chase…

The police car had without question been in a collision!
