Fly tipping scam

We live on Lowther Hill and have just had a lot of builders waste (nearly bagged and stacked) dumped outside our front garden. Neatly placed on top was a waste removal co number along with a schedule of rates.

I’ve no intention of (presumably) paying the fly tipper to remove his own waste. How do I resolve this - ring Lewisham Highways to arrange for them to remove? Technically it’s not on our property as its on the pavement…

That’s very annoying. Could you post a pic of the waste removal advert? We might be able to identify a pattern if others have spotted the same.
