Looking for local yoga classes on Saturday morning for myself and my 14 year old.

These are Sat morning yoga classes in Studio One Pilates and Honor Oak Wellness Rooms.

Depends how close you are looking! Dragonfly yoga on Sydenham High Street have just started kids classes 12.30 Saturdays. They may also do them at their Brockley location but not sure.

If you are still looking for classes, I teach on a Saturday morning in Sydenham. It’s a low key and friendly atmosphere, and I have experience teaching all sorts of people coming to yoga, including beginners as well as teenagers.
