Historic Horse Troughs Stolen from Sydenham and Penge streets

First Sydenham, and now Penge - this looks to be a spate of thefts of historic artifacts from Lewisham streets:

They must have come seriously equipped. It’s not like slipping a glass into your handbag! Not that Iw ould condone that of course. What an awful shame.

Any chance the council could have removed them?
