Incident on Stanstead Road

Anyone know anything about an incident on SR this afternoon? We saw police and ambulances on the scene outside Jenner Health Centre. Quite a lot of blood spilt on the ground and I’d say a 20 something male being spoken to by police. He had a bag with bloodied clothes. Also, blood further up the road towards Blythe Hill Tavern.

My wife walked past earlier and saw this also. I’ve just walked past and nothing there, no tape etc so hopefully nothing serious, or malicious.
