Possibly dumped moped in the Corner of Bovil and Agnew Roads

I would report that to the police…may have been used to commit a crime!

It’s marked as SORN, so shouldn’t be there. Perhaps it has been stolen and dumped.

Either way, since it doesn’t have valid road tax, the council should do something with it in this case. I use the Love Clean Streets app, which normally gets things done in a few working days.

It’s now upright again, with the front wheel padlocked. That doesn’t suggest to me that someone’s just dumped it and left it there.

Well it’s down as SORN and a quick check suggests it doesn’t have insurance either, so it shouldn’t be on the road.
