Poor mobile signal on EE and Three

Has anyone noticed recently the mobile signal strength has decreased massively on Three and EE.
I’ve gone from 5 bars to 2 bars, and my 4G internet speeds went down from 40-50Mbits to 4-5Mbits on the download and 10Mbits to 0.4Mbits on the upload. This has been tested over a couple of weeks.
The Three reception was always patchy , but lately it has been non existent.
We are on Devonshire Road, close to Tyson road.
It almost feels like one of the EE masts has been turned off nearby.

Today Three are having problems:

Otherwise you may be experiencing side-effects of changes as the mobile networks get re-planned to make better use of spectrum for LTE and prepare for wider roll out of 5G. I would complain to the network operator and see what they say, though maybe not today as I’m guessing customer services will be busy!

Go onto your three app and open a chat window to complain about the poor reception. They will probably then ring you and perform a test to confirm your network service. If poor, they will prioritise an upgrade in the area; they also gave me one month free service, which I had not expected.

Already logged a ticket with EE, as usual , they said they had no issues.

I’m near south circular end. Just did another test and cost this. Even I was shocked.

I’ve been dealing with the same thing for 3 months, everytime I contact support I get the same “we’ve had delays in rolling out 5G to your area” and then get a text a week later saying it’s been fixed but it actually it still shite coverage. They won’t and probably can’t do anything about it so they just stall until you give up…at this point they hang up on me while “doing connections tests”
