Sizzling flavoursome snacks brought to Britain from the Indian food markets that line the busy city streets of New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkota, etc. Try your hand at making kebabs, crispy on the outside and melting in the middle with a hint of mint aroma; or a light snack ‘Pav Bhaji’, a vegetable potato curry. Five sessions of Indian street food and as many experiences as you can fit in.
