They require hardwiring into a fused spur by an electrician, and a decent amount of flex is still available.
Both work fine, I’m only selling because they’re actually too powerful for my flat! For reference, 1500w is enough to heat a reasonably insulated 6x6m room with 4m window, but you can do the calculations here: BTU Calculator | Radiator Calculator | Simple Heat Calculator
