Crofton Park Station ticket machines and Oyster readers not working

So nothing works ticket machine, press here for help and touch in and out??

No signs no info about this either but trains are working!!

Customers at station are like ehhh about being over charged and no one in the ticket booth to ask??

I see on the Thameslink Twitter feed someone has already reported that the Oyster readers and information boards aren’t working and they were told to speak to staff at their destination!
