What is happening today for them to expect trouble?

Is this anything to do with the traffic jam in forest hill at 8:30am today? I also saw 3 unmarked police cars racing off somewhere.

There were a lot of police around 9;30 pm on Monday on the SC between Dartmouth and Stanstead.

The traffic this morning was off the scale!
Just wondering why this has been put in place for today only?
Tip off about gang violence perhaps?
