Aside from the eyesore that is the busy Forest Hill Station, why not build a fountain in front of it. I would suggest an illuminated fountain in trubute to Fred Horniman. None of this modern art malarkey. A simple statuette to a great man with a sense of local and enduring outpouring love. Maybe as Borough of London 2021 he might get recognised within Lewisham. Here’s hoping, but I somehow doubt it.
