However, we can’t find the right house for us as there is hardly any stock on the market! We found our perfect house but the owners changed their minds and are now not selling, so with a heavy heart we are again trying to find our perfect home. Good sized semi-detached, 4-bed house within 10 mins walk of Forest Hill Station or Honor Oak Park station, and within 10 mins walk from the P4 bus (or another easy route to the Charter School North Dulwich).
Large kitchen/diner family room. 2 bathrooms (or potential for 2).
Happy to put in new bathroom/kitchen etc. but don’t want to build an extension.
Happy to do a loft conversion but would prefer all of the above on 2 stories.
