Absolutely love FH neighbours that encourage teenagers to do good

Sad to say teenagers are always looked down on.

I am a single Mum of a 17yr old and YES it is not easy, but if you try,you can get them through tough years.
My son has helped a lot delivering to old and vulnerable people with me through this time, but YES in a black tracksuit or with his jeans below his bum which I always pull up.
I am overwhelmed as a neighbour has came to say to me he would like to give him the key to his garage to use his gym equipment but would not like to share it with others as he trusts my son.

Thank you for engaging with teenagers, all they need is a chance.

Good story, Pauline and great that people are being kind to your son. But I do think you should revise your belief that people are always down on teenagers and simply because of the way they look. We’re really not and it’s too much of a sweeping generalisation. I guarantee you those that do see them that way are merely a small minority who will narrow-mindedly always choose to judge a book by its cover.

You will be surprised how many people judge them at that age especially if they wear black and pull their jeans down :frowning:
I hope more think like you  and me as I never judge a book by it’s cover xx
