How full are the Overground and London Bridge trains between 9 and 10.30am

I have been asked to return to work shortly.
has anyone done the FH-London Bridge or FH-Canada water journey this week so I can be aware of what to expect and best time to leave in the morning-ditto evening services.

I have a bit earlier- the 8.05 LB train and 8.09 OG have been very quiet. No problems with keeping distance from people. I’d imagine it’d.be quieter later…
