Stray black and white cat around Havelock Walk

A hungry black and white cat has been coming to Havelock Walk most evenings this week and was first seen here on 31 May. I originally thought it might be the missing cat from the fire. It has a pink or faded red collar, and is looking a bit worse for wear. Has anyone heard of a missing cat?

It’s been reported to Lewisham as a stray.

Has anyone thought to take it to the vet?
with a collar on it is most probably microchipped.
Perhaps you could message Ceilia Hammond.?
Poor soul obviously once had a home and was loved due to the collar.
I hope you’ve been leaving food out.

He or she doesn’t look underfed but is definitely living outdoors from the grubby fur. Poor thing.

Just out of interest, if a stray cat is found, do you need an appointment with a vet or can you just take the animal as a ‘walk-in’?

I believe you can walk in. Or perhaps phone 1st due to Covid restrictions on numbers.
