Anyone know what this was?
I just stumbled across this today, when looking on Commonplace for something else. I know that @cllr_LeoGibbons was involved with a grouo of Thorpewood Avenue residents who wanted access changes in the street, but I’m not aware of any proposals going out for public consultation. I live on upper Kirkdale near the junction so would be directly affected.
