Does anyone know why the chip shop opposite Forest Hill station is closed? It’s not been open for a fair while and the tables have gone from inside (although they might have gone when Covid restrictions were put in place and I’ve just not noticed.)
Please tell me it’s not closed down - I love their chips!
They’ve been shut pretty much since lockdown came in and not been open since. I’m with you that I hope they reopen soon!
When I walked past it today a notice in the window stating it is reopening on the 1st November and it will be half price

Yes they’ve been open for a while now. Also accepting card payments now too.
Brought to your door but their prices via deliveroo are higher than buying direct from the shop and then you have the delivery fee on top!
I’ve noticed that with Deliveroo. With the Lazy Chef prices are higher there then on Uber Ears.

I had a stroll up there in the end.
