My apologies if this has been covered already, but I’d be interested to know what the rationale is for closing two sets of parking bays at the Forest Hill end of Dartmouth Road. It seems counterintuitive given the change to the road layout and streetscape of a couple of years ago. It also encourages drivers/slash takeaway riders to encroach on the pavement. How long are they going to stay blocked off? I sincerely hope it’s not permanent. Thanks
