One bed flat needed ASAP up to £260 per week

Hi there am looking for a 1 bed flat for my niece. She was about to embark on a Masters but due to current climate has deferred. She has secured employment with this in mind but has been furloughed. She now needs to find a place as soon as possible in borough of Lewisham. She can provide month deposit and month in advance and dss have agreed to pay for her housing. Please can you help this young professional woman with a nice apartment.
