Black Mini with smashed windows

Anyone else seen this Black Mini with a smashed passenger side window (glass on passenger seat) driving around? I’ve seen it parked up on 2 different occasions in 2 different locations

Yes he was seen on Trilby road- he threw his own phone into the passenger window causing it to smash!
