Wall / Bollards Destroyed on Dartmouth Road

Does anyone know what happened to this wall and the bollards on Dartmouth Road?

And the salt bin!

Logic would indicate that the Atlas balls were disturbed by a vehicle heavy enough to send them in the direction of the brick wall. It’s been like that for a while now.

Happened the other week. We studied the scene when walking by on a later date and clearly a vehicle travelling at speed went upon the pavement and hit the wall. One of the round stone balls was split in half and another thrown some distance.
