Waldram Park Road Boobytraps

Whenever I walk past this tree there appears to be what I can only describe as a pedestrian boobytrap. Last week there was a rusty old trellis, in the summer there were a load of bricks and looks like whoever is doing it has dug pretty deep this time. Most bizarre.

It’s just a hunch but I’m guessing its intended targets are those on two wheels.

Maybe, I’d prefer to cycle on the path myself.

Do you not think that might be why this deterrent has been put there?

Ooh - maybe some bulbs were planted there and need a bit of protection?
