A recommendation for anyone looking to boost/start their NY exercise regime which is a challenge when the gyms are currently closed. I’ve been with my personal trainer since September and he is excellent. We’ve been training in local parks during lockdown as he has some kit. Just wanted to jump in here (rather than create a new topic) with my own recommendation.
I’ve been using a PT for about 6 months and love it! David isn’t too intense and finds out what you need and what you like to make fun effective workouts.
He has a few spots available at the minute and is flexible in terms of location - I’ve had him around in my garden, met him at Mayow Park and worked out closer to him in West Norwood.
