Pollution smell in Perry Vale side of Forest Hill

The last two mornings I’ve noticed a polluted smell on my morning walks when going through Hurstbourne through to Sunderland road.
It’s like a burning plastic / tarmac smell.
Any idea what it is causing it?

I noticed some smoke wafting over from Kilmorie Rd a few days back… could be someone being lazy and burning waste during the lock-down

I have seen smoke from bonfires.
