Office/spare room in Forest Hill

Hi all, I’m currently working with my partner in a one bed flat and will be for the foreseeable future, so I’m looking to rent a cheap room/office space/studio locally, with decent wifi, for one of us to work out of during the day. If anyone knows of anything, please get in touch!
