Builder to knock out fireplace

Does anyone have suggestions for a handyman/builder to knock out a fireplace (remove wall, and expose the fireplace/cavity)?

I’d suggest to give Peter from The Old Bath House a ring.
He runs an architectural salvage and restoration business, selling the restored pieces, which includes loads of beautiful original Victorian fireplaces.
While I don’t think he’ll be able to knock out the fireplace himself, he will quite definitely know someone trustworthy who can. Plus he’s a really nice guy.
