Florist in Brockley lookng for studio/shop space

Hello everyone,

So glad to find out about this site, I’m a florist (Bleak House Flowers) based in Brockley, and I’m looking for a workshop unit or a small retail shop space.
I am looking for the space in SE London area (Brockley, Forest Hill, Deptford, New Cross, Sydenham, Dulwich, Crystal Palace…)

There was a florist next door to Marvellous Greens & Beans on Brockley Rise but I think they have moved to a different location. No activity there so maybe it is available.
