Freezer and arm chair removal

Does any one know anyone who can come to take a arm chair no longer need and also a chest freezer from 2 floor flat due to health issues I cant lift

Hmm… that rules out Lewisham Council’s service then, unless you can get a friendly neighbour to help and take it to the ground floor?
