Studio/ shed or spare room

Hi there
my name is Freya and I live in Forest Hill, I’m an artist recently moved to the area
I’m looking for a studio or space to work in, . I was working at a studio in Brixton at it has now been knocked down. I thought it would put some feelers out in case anybody had a space they aren’t using e.g. a cosy shed, spare room or outdoor space they would consider renting to an artist.
I am very polite and good with kids ect
