New shop?

Express pizza on 46 Honor oak park - shutters up today and it’s been gutted. Anyone know anything about it? Has it changed hands or being refurbished?

Looks like a full refit and new signs are going up this morning - it’s going to be a ‘Chicken World’ by the looks of things!
