Found cat - Blythe Hill Fields

Does anyone know who this cat belongs to? He’s been visiting various houses around Honor Oak and Blythe Hill Fields for a while, and there was no response to the paper collar we put on him.

I’ve taken him in for now as he was really skinny and hungry, but I’d love to get him back home if possible. He’s neutered but doesn’t have a microchip. Very friendly and purrs like a train. Someone must be missing him.
