Any pilates classes in FH?

Hi, I am interested in joining a plates class. Are there any existing classes in Forest Hill?

Lewisham Adult Education usually run some at the Brockley Rise centre.

My wife goes to a class at FH pool.

I’m a Mat Pilates teacher and run classes at the Sydenham Centre, currrently offering a free taster on Thursdays at 6:30pm
